Technical Assessment
Our engineers will review your request and may provide troubleshooting steps to resolve any hardware issues before authorizing a return.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original box with all accessories and apply the provided Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label.
Refund Processing
